Welcome to our office, from where we offer services throughout Spain through an extensive network of Spanish court agent forged over the 30 years we have been practising.
The expansion of the firm under Law 13/2009 of 3 November is a response to providing the best possible service to our clients. We are a firm that works with agility, rigour and initiative, capable of responding immediately to the needs that arise.
Our goal is to be the point of support for Spanish court agent in the procedural field in any of their matters in all jurisdictions and courts throughout the country.
We directly cover all judicial districts in Barcelona and all provincial capitals on the peninsula through an efficient network of partners. This allows us to offer solicitors a comprehensive, high-quality service throughout Spain with a fully personalised approach. Our clients have access to the same representatives for any proceedings, regardless of their judicial district.

- She holds a degree in law from the University of Barcelona and a master’s degree in tax consultancy from the San Pablo University Foundation.

In addition to her work as a procurator, Karina Sales Comas is a registered mediator with the General Council of Court Procedural Representative of Spain – Consejo General de los Procuradores de España (CGPE). As a mediator, she facilitates the resolution of conflicts out of court, promoting dialogue between the parties and seeking agreements that avoid lengthy legal proceedings. Her approach combines her procedural knowledge with mediation techniques, offering effective solutions tailored to each case.
